Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment providers. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible; however, processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Once an order has been shipped, Diamond Art Obsession is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@diamondartobsession.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a replacement, repair or refund.
